well actually i tried to explain the way of divorce is only one that is described in quran in surah talaq and that what was practice by holy prophet P B U H SORRY TO SAY BUT Divorce issue practiced almost in all fiqa aur not according to quran and sunnah but muslim personal law implies here in pakistan and decisions are made accordingly regardless they are conflict with quran and sunnah itself .many cases pending in federal shirat court and supreme court . one more example is law of inheritence is both shia muslim and suni muslin conflict with quran majeed in few cases . any ways i tried to explain according to Holy book and that has pirority on sunnah and sunna has perority on ijma and qias so on . ( theory of abrogation ) all said because according to me halala is something which is vary rare and discussed more than divorce . problem humere mashre ka unpar hoona hai .
