August 6, 201114 yr A giant statue of a lady in Hamburg, Germany can be seen floating at Alster Lake with its knees up, s on Thursday, August 4, 2011. According to reports, the floating scuplture is a creation of Oliver Voss, head of the advertising academy Miami Ad School. It is known as “The Bather.” It was said to be 13-foot high and 98-foot long, and was made to show a woman enjoying herself bathing in the lake. It is made from steel and styrofoam. Not everybody likes the artwork.
