Play_Boy007 Posted August 15, 2011 Share #1 Posted August 15, 2011 السلام علیکم دوستو کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ ﮨﺮﯼ ﺑﮭﺮﯼ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺗﺎﺯﮦ ﺳﺒﺰﯾﻮﮞ ﮐﺎ ﺳﻼﺩ ﮨﺮ ﺷﺨﺺ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﮯﮐﮯﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﭘﺴﻨﺪ ﮐﺮﺗﺎ ہے اور اس کے فوائد بے شمار ہیں؟ ﺑﮩﺘﺮ ﺯﺍﺋﻘﮯﮐﮯﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺳﻼﺩ ﺑﮭﺮﭘﻮﺭ ﻏﺬﺍﺋﯿﺖ ﮐﺎ ﺧﺰﺍﻧﮧ ﮨﻮﺗﯽ ﮨﮯ۔ ﻏﺬﺍﺋﯿﺖ ﺳﮯﺑﮭﺮﭘﻮﺭ ﺳﻼﺩ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺳﺒﺰﯾﺎﮞ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﮨﺎﺿﻤﮧ ﭘﺮ ﺑﮭﯽ ﮔﺮﺍﮞ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﮔﺰﺭﺗﯽ ﮨﯿﮟ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺩﻥ ﺑﮭﺮ ﮐﯽ ﭘﺮﻭﭨﯿﻦ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻭﭨﺎﻣﻦ ﮐﯽ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺕ ﮐﻮ ﭘﻮﺭﺍ ﮐﺮﺗﯽ ﮨﮯ۔ ﭼﮑﻨﺎﺋﯽ ﺳﮯﭘﺎﮎ ﺳﻼﺩ ﺟﺴﻢ ﮐﻮ ﮨﺸﺎﺵ ﺑﺸﺎﺵ ﺍﻭﺭ ﮨﻠﮑﺎ ﭘﮭﻠﮑﺎ ﺭﮐﮭﺘﯽ ﮨﮯﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﺱ ﺳﮯﮐﻮﻟﯿﺴﭩﺮﻭﻝ ﻗﺎﺑﻮﻣﯿﮟ ﺭﮨﺘﺎ ﮨﮯ۔ ﺟﺒﮑﮧ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﯼ ﻓﺎﺋﺒﺮ،ﺁﺋﺮﻥ ﺍﻭﺭ ﮐﯿﻠﺸﯿﻢ ﮐﯽ ﺍﭼﮭﯽ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﺗﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﺑﮭﯽ ﺳﻼﺩ ﺳﮯﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮐﯽ ﺟﺎﺳﮑﺘﯽ ﮨﮯ۔ ﺗﺎﺯﮦ ﺳﺒﺰﯾﻮﮞ ﺳﮯﺑﻨﯽ ﺳﻼﺩ ﮐﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﻝ ﺳﮯﺩﻝ ﮐﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎﺭﯾﻮﮞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺑﻠﮉ ﭘﺮﯾﺸﺮ ﮐﮯﺧﻄﺮﺍﺕ ﮐﻮ ﮐﻢ ﮐﺮﻧﮯﻣﯿﮟ ﺑﮭﯽ ﻣﺪﺩ ﮔﺎﺭ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﮨﻮﺗﺎ ہے.
